bv99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to bv99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bv99 ("bv99", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the bv99 website located at https://bv99.io and all associated services including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account management facilities.

By accessing the bv99 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bv99 platform. These Terms should be read alongside the bv99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

bv99 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino and sports betting services. All services are intended solely for personal recreational use by individual players. Commercial use, resale, or systematic exploitation of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of bv99 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bv99 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
• Identity: You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register as players.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bv99 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming activities are permitted under the laws applicable to you.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one bv99 player account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

bv99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bv99 services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly should any details change.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document; a valid email address; a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number; your date of birth; and a secure password of your choosing. You must not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bv99 operates a full KYC identity verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, and at any other time at bv99's discretion, you may be required to submit: a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days); and verification of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documentation submitted must be authentic, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of fraudulent identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv99 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. bv99 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any channel other than the official bv99 login interface. You must notify bv99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bv99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bv99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bv99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method used must match the name on your registered bv99 account.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bv99 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bv99 bears no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your bv99 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within thirty minutes, please contact bv99 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions, though bv99 reserves the right to extend this period for security review purposes. bv99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals requested in respect of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fully met.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bv99 reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month from the balance of a dormant account after the dormancy period has been reached. bv99 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bv99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• bv99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or void bonus winnings at any time if abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses by contacting bv99 support. Opting out is irreversible for active promotions already credited to the account.

6. Casino Gaming Rules

All casino games available on bv99 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games — are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer procedures, as applicable.

The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real funds. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the bv99 server records, the server records shall be considered definitive.

In the event of a technical failure during an active game session — including disconnection, server interruption, or software error — bv99 will make reasonable efforts to settle any affected bets in a fair manner based on available game state data at the time of the failure. bv99 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7. Sports Betting Rules

bv99 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), table tennis, football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bv99 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at bv99's discretion, in accordance with the live event status. bv99 is not liable for bets placed during periods of market suspension.
• Settlement of all betting markets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, FIFA). bv99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bv99's standard event settlement rules, which will generally result in the return of stakes unless a specific outcome has already been determined.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum stake amounts apply to individual markets and are displayed within the betting interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv99 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading identity or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate betting or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the bv99 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering.
• Accessing the bv99 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bv99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

bv99 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered bv99 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: You may set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play, helping you to monitor the time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting bv99 support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to access the platform or receive promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Data is processed solely for the purposes of operating the platform, fulfilling KYC and anti-fraud obligations, providing customer support, and communicating promotional offers to players who have opted in. 11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the bv99 platform — including but not limited to the bv99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces supplied by third-party providers, text content, and promotional materials — is the property of bv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bv99 platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any bv99 intellectual property without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. bv99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. bv99 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

bv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete required KYC verification; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or at the sole discretion of bv99 for any other reason deemed to be in the interests of the platform or its player community.

Upon closure of an account for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if the closure relates to fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — including voluntary closure at the player's own request — any remaining balance after deduction of outstanding fees or liabilities will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bv99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bv99 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the bv99 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
